Get to the point

Use a variety of methods to find what you stand for. This will define the building blocks for your whole brand identity.

It’s important that the building blocks represent you and that they also speak to the positive side of who you want to be and what you want to do. If you can identify the true parts of you that make you excited, you’ll have fun building your brand and creating content that expresses it.

If your business isn’t the source of some joy in your life, it’s probably not going to work. Don’t be in that burned-out pile of people who wasted years doing something that just paid the bills. This isn’t a call for you to follow your passion: it’s a suggestion to think about having fun along the way, whatever you do. Your Content DNA should be something you’re proud and enthusiastic to show to others.
