Get to the point

If you make the effort to create content, you must promote it. Squeeze every last drop from each piece of content you put out into the world. Amplify or die.

There’s no point putting a lot of effort into creating content and then little or no effort into promoting it. You have to do the legwork to get your stuff seen, else it will never fulfil its potential.

This is where having a good social media presence and a strong email list can really help. They give you a channel through which to tell your followers that you have something to share. If the content resonates with them, they start talking about it and sharing, and before you know it, lots more people get to learn about you and your business. That’s the plan, anyway.
