Make everything you do an act of reinforcing the trust between you and your audience. If they trust you and you don’t mess things up, you’ll be unstoppable.

We’re in a world where the availability of information is at an all-time high, and where switching costs are at an all-time low. In the 2020s, if a business messes you around, you can get up and flounce out of the door.

If you want to avoid such hair-tossing happening to you, you need to do everything you can to build and keep trust with your clients and your audience. When that trust fractures, it happens more publicly than ever before. We’re at peak peril for customer loyalty.
